  • 1/4 cup carrots (medium, diced)

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. Make the soy sesame ginger sauce by adding all ingredients into a small bowl 和 mixing. 拨出.

  4. In a non-stick pan with no oil over medium high heat add plant-based ground beef 和 sear for 2-3 minutes breaking apart with spatula as needed. 从锅中取出牛肉.
