Heat a large saucepan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add the onions 和 cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft. -
Add the potatoes, broth, 和 garlic powder; bring to a boil, reduce heat, 和 simmer for 20 minutes. -
Add the cauliflower 和 simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft. -
